Acer demonstrated his netbook ability that comes with the Android operating system. Product plans with Android will be present in 2010. Demo was done in Acer Workshop held at the Sheraton Senggigi, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, 15-17 December 2009. In the demo Android operating system used on the Acer Aspire One.

The Archos portable multimedia device manufacturer has launched the Internet Tablet with the Android operating system through Archos 5 product type. This new device is equipped with 8 GB – 64 GB flash memory and 160 GB hard drive and 500 GB as an option, 4.8-inch screen with VGA resolution 800 × 480 with a facility to 720p HD output.

Sophistication of Android operating system is already a lot to prove, though comparatively new in its class, but its development is not playing it’s been confirmed and guaranteed by the Google itself. So it’s no wonder so many manufacturers are vying to bundle their product with this operating system.

Sprint has just announced the presence of the latest HTC Android phone in the near future. Previously this HTC phone has also been introduced first time in the early year of 2009. And now with a new look, this HTC phone has undergone improvements in terms of user interface and integration with Google services like Gmail, Map and YouTube.

Name of Android, the incentive indeed be discussed. Open source operating system for smartphone from Google is indeed to attract us. But this time we are not discussed about one of the new features of Android. Except the issue which is reported that not only T-Mobile mobile phone classmates only, but Nokia also interested to use Android as the operating system. Is this true or just simply the issue?
